Diablo 2 Resurrected Act Bosses

Every MMORPG needs a good climax, which is given to players in the form of bosses. These bosses are added into the game to test out the player’s ability after the hardships they’ve been through to reach the end-game content. You can call them a superior form of the creatures or monsters that you face along the path, for D2R Bosses.

Similarly, Diablo 2 also offers such an entertaining experience for players. Once the main storyline is completed, the entire game revolves around killing end-game D2R Bosses for extraordinary loots. Today, we are going to talk about such dreadful beasts that are encountered at the end of every act.

Act 1 Boss: Andariel

Andariel is located on the fourth floor of the Catacombs. She’s one of the lesser evils that reside in the world of Diablo, and she’s also known to be the twin sister of Duriel for diablo 2 act bosses. You encounter her at the end of act 1, and in terms of difficulty, she’s a menace because of her poison attacks and the dark arena that surrounds her.

She’s terrifying and can drain a player’s rejuvenation potion, even though they’re used to fighting dreadful bosses. It’s because Andariel specializes in poison damage, and the best tactic to counter her attacks is to bring a ton of healing potions rather than antidotes for diablo 2 act bosses.

Act 2 Boss: Duriel

Duriel is located in the Tombs of Tal Rasha. He’s also counted towards one of the lesser evils in the game, but that doesn’t mean he’s easy to defeat for diablo 2 bosses. Also known as the Maggot King, he’s considered to be one of the toughest bosses out there. Many have failed to approach him head-on.
Duriel’s arena is quite small and he occupies most of the space, making it pretty difficult to fight against him. He can also freeze the enemy with an innate aura so that they don’t move around in the cramped space.

Act 3 Boss: Mephisto

Mephisto is located on the third floor of the Durance of Hate. He’s isn’t that difficult to face in lower difficulties or the first campaign runs, but as you progress further, he becomes a pain that has no cure. Being the final boss in act 3, he’s quite frightening, which you can also blame because of his tactics and appearance for diablo 2 bosses.

He can easily clear a bunch of players with his cold, poison, and lightning attacks. Ranged players would have difficulty facing this beast or at least his greater version, as his skull projectiles can result in swift death. Some of the players approach him with multiple gears so that they can switch in mid-battle, which is a good strategy.

Act 4 Boss: Diablo

Diablo is located in the Chaos Sanctuary. He’s the most troublesome boss of the Diablo 2 series, and he’s quite different from the first game as he was just in his revived version. The vessel is the warrior from the first Diablo game, and that’s primarily why the three original classes are still reunited in the second one.

In your first encounter, you’ll notice that Diablo is ridiculously difficult to deal with. He can drive players to their graves with one shot from his notorious lightning attacks. However, the game runes on different difficulty levels, so as you progress, you’ll obtain better equipment that can be very helpful.

Act 5 Boss: Baal

Baal is located in the Throne of Destruction. Even though his siblings have proven to be more difficult than him, he’s the one who was the actual threat to the Barbarian lands. When he waged a war, he was quite close to conquering Mount Arreat and taking the World Stone.

The first battle can be tough, and especially for players who reply entirely on melee combat. Despite that, many different builds and classes have defeated him with a reliable setup. Also, he’s not as terrifying as his siblings in terms of appearance and size.

How to Quickly Level a Low Level Mage in World of Warcraft

As a mage convert (coming over from a hunter character), I was initially flummoxed as to how I might be able to gain enough gold to properly outfit my character at any level. Currently as a level 32 Human Mage, I have come up with a fairly strong strategy for the Mage class that has the benefit of giving you enough gold to keep yourself geared via solid use of the Auction House (AH).
The AH provides a good means of both getting a lot of gold for your wares and also equipping your character to a point where it can handle enemies that are several levels higher than yourself. A mage has a huge responsibility when it comes to equipment because it has to rely on cloth armor for it’s protection, and that is what the last line of defense is if you get aggroed by multiple mobs or are unfortunate enough to accidently go up against a mob or player that is at a higher level than you expected for the zone. One good example of this is the elite giant that is traveling the path in Darkshire. If you have a properly equipped mage you can stand to fight off or even kill that elite mob even if you aren’t close to the level necessary to do that normally.

When playing at a mage, you should never go more than four levels (if you’re past level 10 or so) without going to upgrade your gear at the AH. The reason for this is that there are major gains in the armor quality and the buffs in higher armor especially at these low levels and by going back all the time you will consistently have the best gear and will be able to level and grind or complete quests much more quickly, thereby gaining a higher level of experience.

In order to upgrade your mage with good gear, you need to be able to use the AH very effectively since you will be spending most of your cash there on gear. The best way to do that is by utilizing the Mage’s Herbalism profession and only using exactly the herbs you need to level your character while selling the rest at the AH. On my server (Magtheridon), even a stack (20) of relatively common Silverleaf will give you upwards of 5 gold, an amount that would allow you to get some pretty good greens and blues early on where the grinding really gets boring. As you get a little higher, you can sell stacks of Earthroot and Mageroyal for double digit amounts of gold depending on your server. Continually I have used this cash to outfit my mage and am able to PvP against characters two to three levels higher than me without going below 50% of my HP. When comparing the ease at which I level a character using this herb gathering strategy to what it was like to level my Hunter (one of the easier characters to level in the game), I am amazed that I did not do this earlier. Hopefully this has helped you a bit and will make your WoW experience more enjoyable, I know it has for me.

Runescape Guide to Quick Cash for Beginners (F2P)

OK, so the first thing you’ll be doing in Runescape on your new account once you sign up is finishing the tutotial island guide. This will help you get a grasp of the basics of Runescape, and basically how to get around and train certain skills such as cooking, woodcutting, mining, smithing and so on so forth. In that case, I’ll just skip the mere basics.
Once you’ve completed the tutorial island section, you’ve now moved on to the “beginner’s town”, which is Lumbridge. You can start exploring the castle, the courtyards and when you’re bored of those, you can open up the map and look around for new places to explore. But if you want to cut all that, and just get to the important stuff, the most important things you’ll need, is of course, cash. Without cash, there’s no armour, food, equipment – you get the point.

When you start earning your cash, you might want to level up your combat skills as well. To do this, head over to the farm near Lumbridge. If you don’t know where this is, ask someone to take you there. Here, you’ll find level 2 chickens running around. Your starting combat level will be 3, so it won’t take much to kill these off. You could use your bear hands and feet to kill chickens, but if you can get your hands on perhaps a decent weapon, by all means, please do so. Now, this method helps you to level up your character, of course. And while you do this, you can collect the dropped feathers. As useless as feathers may sound, the are highly in demand because of their use in the fishing skill. These can sell for a few gp each, which is not much, but when you keep collecting them, they can earn you a fair bit of cash. Another good thing is that feathers are stackable, so you won’t have to run to bank them. They also drop bones and raw chicken meat. The meat isn’t so important unless you want to cook them, but the bones should always be buried. This’ll help you train your prayer skill which in the long run, can be pretty useful.

Another easy way for cash, (and this is also a lot faster) is to mine rune essence. The first quest you should do when you arrive at Lumbridge is to finish up the “Rune Mysteries” quest. If you’re lazy, (like me) you can just follow this guide. Sal’s Realm of Runescape is a great gudie website. This guide’ll give you a walkthrough for the quest. Once you’ve finished the quest, grab a pickaxe and head over to the rune shop located in Varrock. From here, Aubury (the shopkeeper) can teleport you to the mining site. Just click on the rune rock, and you’ll start mining rune essence. Unlike normal rocks, you just have to click once and your character’ll start mining till you hit a full inventory. This is a good way to start off your mining skill and earn cash. Rune essences sell for around 60gp now, according to the update. The price may vary, but it still sells for quite a fair bit.

These are the basic ways for earning cash as a new player in Runescape. As you progress further into the game, you’ll want to know how to use the Grand Exchange. The Grand Exchange (also known as the “GE”) is extremely useful for buying items without having to ask people if they’re selling them. Now, contrary to what some other guides may say, staying in Karamja Island to collect bananas for a mere fee of 30gp for quick cash isn’t a good money making method. Simply because 30gp isn’t a lot, and you’ll have to walk a fair bit to collect the bananas, a lot of clicking is required and bananas are NOT stackable. You’ll have to stay on the island for quite some time to earn a decent amount of cash without any other additional exp for any skills.

My guide for now stops here, and I’m sorry if it’s a bit messy and all. Good luck with everything. Cheers.

World of Warcraft: Cataclysm First Aid Crafting – Powerful Anti-Venom

This guide covers the Powerful Anti-Venom craftable item from the First Aid secondary profession in the mmorpg World of Warcraft, reflecting any and all changes made with the release of Cataclysm and the shattering of Azeroth (patch 4.0.3). You can see additional pictures of this item and recipe by clicking the numbers by the thumbnail above.
Powerful Anti-Venom is the more powerful version of the crafted item Strong Anti-Venom, being able to cure up to an additional 25 levels higher in poisons, up to level 60. Each crafting of this item, unlike the weaker anti-venoms, actually yields 1 Powerful Anti-Venom as opposed to 3, which is important to take into account when purchasing or farming the required materials. As of patch 4.0.3 there is no First Aid craftable upgraded version of this item to cure poisons over level 60.

World of Warcraft First Aid Recipe: Formula Powerful Anti-Venom

The average cost of reagent materials is 17 Silver, 0 Copper when purchased through the Auction House. With the vendor sell price for Powerful Anti-Venom of 5 Silver, 0 Copper, this means making this item causes you to lose an average of 12 Silver, 0 Copper per item, strangely enough making this a much cheaper alternative to leveling your First Aid than bandages in this skill range. There is not enough market data to provide a good estimate of profitability for the auction house and it may be hard to find buyers since many might not be looking for, or aware of Powerful Anti-Venom.

Diablo 3: The Long-Awaited Third Part

Recently the Blizzard Worldwide Invitational announced the long-awaited third part of the Diablo series-Diablo 3. It is presented as the ultimate rpg, but unfortunately it is still unknown when the games will be delivered. Diablo 3 builds on the successful Diablo 2, but has new and improved classes.
With the coming of Diablo 3, the hearts of many loyal Diablo fans beat faster. Blizzard predicts that the ultimate rpg would just agree to come. It took a long time before finally about one third shares of the Diablo series was discussed.

Diablo 3 takes place 20 years later than Diablo 2. In this second part, the demons of the underworld reports the “world stone” which reveals the meaning of heaven by the angel Tyrael has been destroyed. The destruction of the world stone has a devastating impact on heaven, earth and hell. The third part will again play in the dark Sanctuary. As in the previous Diablo 3 will use random environments and objects, which could be destroyed. Indeed, objects in the environment can be used to active opponents to injure or even kill them. In this way, the environment in Diablo 3 is fully matures than in Diablo 2. Cooperation will again play an important in this game.

Classes / characters

Three of the five different classes have currently been released by Blizzard- barbarian, wizard and witch doctor. Just as before, the barbarian will be specialized in man-to-man fighting. However, in addition to brute force, there are also many new skills come with multiple enemies at the same time. The wizard will fear for his magic in the short and long distance. The skills of both barbarian and the wizard are displayed in a “skill tree”. With the advent of the ‘witch doctor’, is likely the best class that can transform extremely varied medicine to mass control the enemies. For example, the medicine can control the diseases of animals and they may influence the fragile spirit of the opponents.

In Diablo 2, sometimes players were to the point of boredom when they faced with the chronic lack of drinks for health and management. In Diablo 3, Blizzard includes so-called “health globes’ use and the players only need to drink a minimum amount from the globes to improve health. In this way, the player does not keep going back for drinks. Besides, fighting can created a source of health.

In Diablo 2 players made use of Hotkeys’ on their keyboard to toggle between the different skills. With the arrival of Diablo 3, there is a different skill which can be more accessible. Players can quickly and easily change between the different skills with the mouse wheel. Unlike Diablo 2, skills are not tied to the level of the character, but the number of points made in previous skills.
